Terms of Service

Last updated: March 2026

1. Acceptance

By successfully registering for an account and utilizing SubTrack, you inherently agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you fundamentally disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use the expansive SubTrack suite. We ask that you read these terms completely prior to launching any active subscription logging.

2. Use of service

SubTrack is specifically engineered for internal organizational and business use to maintain SaaS transparency. You strictly agree not to misuse our system, intentionally disrupt operational flow, or attempt unauthorized entry into data streams that do not belong to you. Reverse-engineering the system for competitive replication is prohibited under these terms.

3. Your account

When navigating SubTrack, you are solely responsible for securing your login credentials and maintaining multi-factor authentication where applicable. We cannot and will not be liable for any substantial data loss or damage originating from your negligence to protect this vital account information. Please report any unauthorized access directly to our security branch.

4. Limitation of liability

SubTrack provides all infrastructure strictly on an "as-is" and "as-available" blueprint to end-users. We won't be held accountable for any indirect, unique, or consequential losses stemming directly from your usage, or failure to actively use the subscription service. This spans any missed renewal notifications or technical email delivery failures.

5. Changes to terms

We aggressively build and iterate, meaning we may revise these terms at any given moment to reflect ongoing updates. If changes are highly significant, we will provide at least 30 days notice sent visibly over email prior to new conditions taking effect. By remaining active after changes, you gracefully accept the revised Terms of Service.
